I had my fireplace insert installed in November of 2020. I had to have their service man come out for a few adjustments and I also had a bad remote. Once everything was corrected, my fireplace worked like a charm. I love how my room stays warm and cozy. Thank you Emmett's!

His process was clear and concise and when completed, he explained everything to my wife and I in good detail. He walked us through the installation and showed me all that was done and made sure that both the water heater and furnace were all back operating after the gas was off for a while. I moved into my home a little over a year ago and this is my first gas fireplace. Scott did a very good job cleaning the fireplace and showing me how everything worked and the features on the remote. Thank you Scott!

Scott completed our service call on November 19th. He was very professional and completed the assessment of our problem in a timely manner. His work was excellent and very neat and tidy. We were very satisfied.

The guys did a great job replacing the odd colored hearth pad with the Idaho Mica hearth pad. They were able to move the venting behind the stove where it's not an eyesore as well. We're very pleased with the results.

Folks, I was sorry to see the old Silent Flame wood stove go after 35 years, but my wife convinced me that a gas insert was the way to go. Allan came out to evaluate our situation. The guy was so knowledgeable. He sold us on another Emmett's product. In the store, Eric was a class act salesman and really knew his stuff. Brett was a great installer and mentored a new guy at the same time. If this insert lasts 35 years, we're all set.

Thanks for the quick response to the gasket issue with the Hearthstone Equinox I recently purchased. Glued it up, cured it in with a low fire and good as new. The residue was a "white" color, just looked like it did not bond well at the factory. Stove is performing great, house is warm. Rear heat shield and fan are really great!!! Thanks again for all your efforts and service. Kids are barefoot and in t-shirts in the house. Wife not complaining about being cold.
